Tasha Restaurant is seeking a Pizza Chef to prepare and cook a variety of pizzas in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Pizza Chef
- Knowledge of pizza preparation techniques, including dough making and baking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to company recipes and quality standards
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings, ensuring freshness and proper portioning
- Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently to achieve consistent results
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in line with hygiene and food safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of any shortages or requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations at all times
- Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Assist in developing new pizza recipes or menu items when required
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
