Role Overview
Branch Manager responsible for the daily operation and performance of an assigned F&B restaurant branch in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor sales, food costs, labor costs, wastage, inventory, and operating expenses.
- Lead, supervise, schedule, and develop branch staff.
- Maintain customer service, food quality, presentation, food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Handle customer complaints, coordinate with internal departments, and prepare operational and sales reports.
- Maintain branch premises, equipment, and facilities while identifying opportunities to improve sales and reduce costs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Restaurant Manager in the F&B industry.
- Experience with full responsibility for restaurant sales and operational performance.
- Proven ability to consistently meet sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food and labor costs, inventory control, and wastage management.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- HACCP qualification is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Fluent English is required.
