What you'll be doing

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales through physical and digital channels.
• Represent the brand and communicate its values and philosophy.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain positive working relationships.
• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while following operating procedures.
• Use customer purchasing behavior to build relationships and identify future selling opportunities.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and increase enrollment and customer acquisition.
• Stay informed about fashion trends, products, competitors, campaigns, and digital offerings.
• Participate in brand events when required.
• Provide product knowledge, styling advice, storytelling, and tailored customer assistance.
• Use clienteling tools, messaging, and virtual shopping appointments to build loyalty.
• Process e-commerce orders from the store within established service levels.
• Maintain clientele reporting, stock replenishment, displays, and use of CRM and order management tools.

What you'll need to succeed

• Two to three years of experience in fashion retail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fashion styling and product knowledge.
• Technical and operational skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Passion for fashion.
