- Deliver high quality IATA training programs to aviation aspirants and professionals.
- Develop and update course content, ensuring it meets current industry standards and the academy's objectives.
- Conduct classroom and virtual sessions providing an effective and engaging learning experience.
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, webinars, and hands on activities as appropriate.
- Assess student performance through exams and assignments and provide constructive feedback.
- Provide one on one or group assistance for students if required.
- Support students to pass IATA examinations and conduct revision classes and mock exams.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and regulations through ongoing research.
- Attend webinars, seminars and conferences to enhance knowledge.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
- Must be a Certified IATA trainer
- Airline experience is mandatory. Min 5 years in Managerial role
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Master’s degree is an added value
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the aviation industry in a managerial role
- Ability to develop comprehensive and effective IATA training materials
- Excellent communication and training delivery skills
- Strong knowledge of IATA regulations, standards, and procedures
- Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies for both in person and virtual sessions
- Ability to manage and motivate a multicultural group of students
