Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain site documentation related to Quality, Safety, and employee training
- Ensure site safety, hygiene standards, and 5S activities are maintained
- Manage site utility bills, including telecommunications and any other site related expenses
- Work closely with government officers to ensure compliance with government requirements and certifications
- Manage office supplies (stationery, tea, coffee, etc.)
- Coordinate and manage company events in collaboration with other departments
- Monitor and control attendance records for support staff
- Support visitors with travel arrangements, including tickets, transportation, and hotel reservations when required
- Manage employee access cards and ensure compliance with Eaton requirements
- Support site activities such as town halls, engagement activities, and other events
- Maintain office entry and exit records and oversee in and out activities
- Perform any other duties related to documentation and facility management as required
Requirements
- Higher diploma certificate, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to use English in a professional capacity
- Familiarity with MS programs, SAP, STC, MOBILY and other portals preferred
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach

What you’ll do
- The focus of this role is to control and manage all Quality and Safety documentation and to support KSA facilities in meeting government requirements and certifications.
- In addition, the role provides support in managing bills, rents, household services, and maintaining employee attendance records.
Main Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage company events in collaboration with other departments.
- Monitor and control attendance records for support staff, such as tea service personnel and cleaners.
- Support visitors with travel arrangements, including tickets, transportation, and hotel reservations when required.
- Manage employee access cards and ensure compliance with Eaton requirements.
- Support site activities such as town halls, engagement activities, and other events.
- Maintain office entry and exit records and oversee in and out activities.

Qualifications
