Job Overview
- The Facilities Manager is responsible for the smooth, safe, efficient, and cost effective operation of Huda Beauty's multi floor office environment across 3 floors in Dubai.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of a 3 floor, office environment, ensuring all areas are functional, clean, safe, and well maintained.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers, negotiating contracts, monitoring SLAs, and ensuring cost effectiveness.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security); conduct regular floor by floor inspections.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE health, safety, fire, and building regulations; lead emergency preparedness, evacuation procedures, drills, and risk assessments.
- Manage office layout, seating plans, and workspace optimisation; support office moves, fit outs, and reconfigurations.
- Manage the facilities budget covering maintenance, services, and utilities, monitoring spend, approving invoices, and identifying cost efficiencies.
- Oversee security systems, access control, and business continuity planning; coordinate response during incidents and emergencies.
- Ensure a professional, welcoming, and well organised workplace experience; support company events and executive visits, and address employee requests promptly.
- Drive sustainability, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible resource use across all sites.
