Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced facial treatments, including customised facials, deep cleansing, hydrating, anti ageing, and skin rejuvenation treatments in line with client needs and business offerings.
• Conduct in depth skin consultations and provide professional recommendations on treatments, skincare routines, and aftercare.
• Educate clients on skin health and treatment plans to ensure a clear understanding of services and expected outcomes.
• Address client concerns efficiently and professionally to ensure exceptional service and encourage client retention.
• Build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients to create a loyal and returning customer base.
• Promote and upsell skincare products, facial services, and treatment packages where appropriate.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and salon areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
• Stay informed on market trends, emerging skincare technologies, and innovative facial treatments to support service development.
• Perform facial treatments exclusively within Brau salons and in accordance with company standards and protocols.
• Participate in marketing activities including pop ups, complimentary treatments for influencers and models, brand campaigns, and photo shoots.
• Support the onboarding and assessment of new therapists where required.
• Provide training and guidance to Brau therapists when required and monitor treatment standards to ensure a consistently high quality client experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Facial Therapist within a salon, clinic, spa, or premium beauty environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of skin types, skin concerns, facial treatments, skincare products, and treatment protocols.
• Experience performing a range of facial treatments including deep cleansing, hydration, anti ageing, extraction based and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Exceptional communication skills with a client focused approach and a high standard of customer service.
• Sales driven with the ability to confidently recommend treatments, skincare products, aftercare, and packages to support business growth.
• Flexible and adaptable to rotating shifts, weekends, and business needs.
• Solid understanding of hygiene standards, salon protocols, and professional skincare practices.
