Requirements
- High School Diploma or Higher
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in contact center or customer service for a luxury brand or experience working within a luxury beauty, hospitality, or medical environment
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong customer relationship management
- Ability to handle complaints and conflict resolution professionally
- Time management skills

- Managing and optimizing the salon schedule
- Meet monthly sales targets
Knowledge, skills, abilities
- Strong customer relationship management
- Ability to build trust based relationships with customers
- Knowledge of the beauty industry and treatments that we provide
- Ability to handle complaints and conflict resolution professionally with calmness and self control
- Professional verbal and written English and Arabic
- Time management: ensuring time is managed between different channels of communication
Education and experience
- High School Diploma or Higher
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in contact center or customer service for a luxury brand or experience working within a luxury beauty, hospitality, or medical environment
- Previous beauty industry experience in preferred but not essential
- Due to the nature of the job, candidate must speak fluent in English and Arabic
