About the Role

- Prepare treatment rooms and bays before every appointment
- Ensure all treatment equipment is cleaned, sanitised, and fully stocked
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the salon
- Support artists by ensuring they have everything required for treatments
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Welcome guests with refreshments and assist with consultation forms
- Escort guests to treatment rooms and introduce them to their artist
- Support the reception team during busy periods
- Complete opening, closing, and daily operational checklists
- Provide excellent customer service and create memorable experiences
- Respond professionally to guest enquiries and escalate concerns
- Report maintenance issues and assist in ensuring they are resolved
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a beauty, spa, hospitality, or similar operational role
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work varying shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Knowledge of salon services, products, and professional standards is advantageous
