Position Summary

  • The F&B Service Expert delivers a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal, making transactions feel part of the experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set tables and communicate with the kitchen
  • Interact with and serve guests
  • Clean work areas and supplies
  • Follow company policies and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Less than 1 year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • No license or certification required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
