Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned international markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, dealers, consultants, and direct clients
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, finance, and production to ensure smooth order execution
  • Manage export documentation process in coordination with logistics/shipping teams
  • Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings when required
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management
  • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy receivables
  • Develop strategies to increase market share in target regions
