Job Purpose

  • Provide solution selling to prospects clients, executing strategic deals, modeling financial business cases, and matching customer requirements to proposed solutions in a timely manner and quality standards as per company policies and procedures to achieve the plan and targets of Project Sales depar

Key Accountability Areas

  • Relationship Building and Networking: Build strong relationships with decision makers in large contracting companies.
  • Develop good relations with designers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
  • Establish strong and effective relationships with specifiers and consultants to secure approvals for the company’s products.
  • Develop a project list covering all market sectors within the assigned territory.
  • Work with management to create a list of existing and potential customers.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio.
  • Cooperate with the sales manager to set annual sales goals, including product volume, value, and selling price.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide solutions to client's technical queries.
  • Ensure a satisfactory outcome for customer complaints.
  • Provide customer statements and ensure timely payments.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate customer records and submit sales reports.
  • Provide monthly project reports detailing project status and other activities affecting the business or company.

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree

Work Experience

  • 4 to 6 Years
