Role Overview
Provide Executive/VIP digital workplace and service desk support for PCs, workstations, peripherals, and business applications.
The role requires extensive repair and maintenance experience in a large organization.
Qualifications
- Hold a recognized technical certificate in repairing PCs, workstations, and peripherals.
- Hold MCSE certification for current Windows environments.
- Have 12–15 years of experience repairing and maintaining PCs, workstations, and peripherals.
- Have at least 10 years of similar experience in an organization with more than 5,000 employees.
- Have a university degree in computers.
- Demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently or with supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line support.
- Resolve audio-visual issues.
- Configure Microsoft HUB on Microsoft Teams and other applications.
- Configure Microsoft Surface Studio with face recognition.
- Repair and maintain PCs, workstations, and peripherals.
