- Ensure delivery of FAENA luxury service standards
- Partner with the GM and Executive Committee on hotel wide strategy
- Manage compliance with Saudi regulations and FAENA brand standards
- Lead pre opening setup and team development for the department
- Build cross departmental collaboration for seamless guest experiences
- Monitor KPIs, guest feedback, and operational performance metrics
- Develop and execute talent development and succession planning programs
- Represent the department in Executive Committee meetings
Requirements
- Experience leading culinary operations
- Ability to manage departmental team, budget, and SOPs
- Knowledge of luxury service standards
- Experience with pre opening setup
- Familiarity with Saudi regulations
