- Support the execution of the hotel's culinary vision and operational strategy
- Oversee daily kitchen operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, events, and in room dining
- Lead, coach, and inspire culinary colleagues across all kitchen areas
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for the culinary team
- Ensure menus are executed consistently and in line with culinary expectations
- Support management of food costs, labor costs, and departmental expenses
Requirements
- 8 12 years of progressive culinary leadership experience in luxury hotels or premium hospitality
- Previous Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience preferred
- Multi outlet culinary leadership experience strongly preferred
- Pre opening experience highly desirable
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, quality assurance, and kitchen operations

Role Overview
- Kimpton Sevn Dubai seeks an Executive Sous Chef to support and elevate culinary operations in a pre opening lifestyle hotel.
- The role is designed for a highly driven, creative, and operationally disciplined culinary leader.
Your Day to Day
- Support the execution of the hotel's culinary vision and operational strategy.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, events, and IRD.
- Lead, coach, and inspire culinary colleagues across all kitchen areas.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
- Ensure menus are executed consistently and in line with culinary expectations.
- Support management of food costs, labor costs, and departmental expenses.
What We Need From You
- 8–12 years of progressive culinary leadership experience within luxury hotels or premium hospitality.
- Previous Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience preferred.
- Multi outlet culinary leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Pre opening experience highly desirable.
