About the Role
Kimpton Sevn Dubai seeks an Assistant IRD Manager for its pre-opening team. The role supports the F&B Operations Manager in delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences, supervising daily operations, and leading the IRD team.

Responsibilities
- Support daily In Room Dining operations across all service periods
- Ensure efficient order taking, preparation coordination, and delivery execution
- Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction throughout each shift
- Supervise, train, and motivate IRD team members
- Conduct daily briefings and service preparations
- Build positive relationships with guests through personalised service
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with labour scheduling and productivity management
- Support inventory control and operating supply management
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of Food & Beverage experience within upscale or luxury hospitality environments
- Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role
- Previous In Room Dining experience preferred
- Luxury hotel experience highly desirable
- Pre opening experience is an advantage
- GCC/Dubai experience beneficial

Your Day to Day
- Support daily In Room Dining operations across all service periods
- Ensure efficient order taking, preparation coordination, and delivery execution
- Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction throughout each shift
- Supervise, train, and motivate IRD team members
- Conduct daily briefings and service preparations
- Build positive relationships with guests through personalised service
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with labour scheduling and productivity management
- Support inventory control and operating supply management
- Monitor revenue opportunities through upselling and service enhancements
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Assist with departmental setup and operational readiness for pre opening
What We Need From You
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of Food & Beverage experience within upscale or luxury hospitality environments
- Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role
- Previous In Room Dining experience preferred
- Luxury hotel experience highly desirable
- Pre opening experience is an advantage
- GCC/Dubai experience beneficial
