Role Description

  • This full time, on site Executive Secretary role is based in the Riyadh Region.
  • The Executive Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence and reports.
  • Daily responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing communications, maintaining organized filing and documentation systems, and supporting company secretarial tasks such as preparing agendas, minutes, and official records.
  • The role also involves liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing professional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.
  • The Executive Secretary is expected to maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks effectively, and uphold high standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Strong clerical skills, including document preparation, filing, record keeping, and basic office software proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in company secretarial work, such as preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and maintaining official records and documentation.
  • Proven executive administrative assistance capabilities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, problem solving, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to handle multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
