- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle, screen, and prioritise incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and business documents
- Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for easy document retrieval
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and internal/external events
- Record meeting minutes and ensure accurate documentation and follow ups
- Monitor and manage office supplies and administrative requirements
- Draft routine communications and professional correspondence
- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, reports, and official documents
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role
- Prior experience in the construction or real estate sector is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

Role Overview
