Job Description
- As an Executive Lounge Supervisor, you oversee daily operations of the Executive Lounge and deliver memorable experiences for guests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee lounge operations: Lead daily execution of the Executive Lounge service standards
- Deliver exceptional service: Uphold brand and quality standards to exceed expectations of executive and VIP guests
- Resolve guest issues with care: Respond to enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain lounge presentation: Ensure guest supplies are consistently stocked and lounge areas meet cleanliness and service standards
- Lead and develop the team: Ensure team members are knowledgeable about hotel services, VIP preferences, and local attractions
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation
