Job Description
Maintain a high standard of customer service at the site and deal with customers in a professional and cordial manner.
Keep the reception counter uncluttered and clean and give top priority to the work.
Receive complaints and forward them to the concerned person.
Responsibilities
- Receive customers at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Direct customers to the appropriate person in the office.
- Guide and clarify customer queries according to their requests.
- Answer, screen, reply to, and forward incoming calls effectively.
- Receive and sort incoming mail from customers and RTA according to management directives.
- Issue queue-management tokens according to the customer's required service.
- Perform filing, photocopying, typing, and faxing in Arabic and English.
- Keep the reception counter uncluttered and clean and prioritize the work.
Qualifications
- High school qualification or equivalent.
