Player Development & Revenue Growth

  • Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of high-value domestic gaming players
  • Analyze guest gaming activity, theoretical performance, trip frequency, and worth to identify growth opportunities
  • Proactively solicit and book incremental trips to increase visitation and gaming revenue
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and player development targets
  • Identify and re-activate lapsed players through strategic outreach initiatives

Guest Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned players, ensuring seamless and highly personalized experiences
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication (phone, messaging, in-person engagement)
  • Conduct property tours and host on-property visits to enhance guest engagement
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism in handling VIP guest information and preferences

Event & Experience Execution

  • Invite, manage, and host premium guests during gaming events, tournaments, and exclusive marketing activations
  • Coordinate guest participation in promotional campaigns and VIP experiences
  • Ensure seamless execution of guest stays, including reservations, transportation, and personalized amenities

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and detailed player profiles in CRM systems, including preferences, service history, and performance data
  • Issue and manage discretionary comps in accordance with internal guidelines and approval thresholds
  • Prepare regular reports on player performance, trip recaps, and revenue tracking
  • Ensure compliance with Wynn Resorts internal controls, responsible gaming practices, and UAE regulatory requirements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Gaming Operations, VIP Services, Hotel Operations, F&B, and Events teams to deliver exceptional guest journeys
  • Partner with Marketing to execute targeted domestic campaigns and player reinvestment strategies
  • Support property-wide initiatives aimed at elevating the premium guest experience
