About The Job

  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Director of Private Clients Sales to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Amplify Jumeirah’s global Private Client ambition, shaping a distinctive growth roadmap that deepens direct engagement with UHNWI/HNWI and Family Office networks.
  • Curate and steward an elite global portfolio of UHNWI/HNWI relationships, unlocking bespoke opportunities such as private yacht experiences, full resort buy outs, milestone celebrations and multigenerational journeys.
  • Cultivate an influential ecosystem of trusted advisors and luxury connectors, including private banks, wealth managers, art and lifestyle curators.
  • Serve as Jumeirah’s senior ambassador to the global private client community, representing the brand at invitation only gatherings, intimate client moments and high profile forums.
  • Build and inspire a world class Private Sales function, establishing strategic presence across key source markets.
  • Drive seamless execution through strategic internal collaboration with property leadership, Brand, Marketing, Digital, Loyalty and Commercial teams.

About You

  • 10+ years’ senior experience in private client or UHNWI/HNWI relationship management within luxury hospitality, private banking, wealth, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Established UHNWI/HNWI & Family Office network with proven access to elite circles.
  • Strong revenue track record, generating incremental growth from high value clients.
  • Exceptional discretion and executive presence, with high cultural sensitivity.
  • Commercially astute negotiator, fluent in English (additional languages advantageous).
