xtra is seeking an Executive Creative Director to drive hands-on creative excellence and oversee daily execution.
The role leads conceptual development and manages creative work across cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Translate high-level strategic objectives into powerful creative concepts and design systems.
- Supervise campaign development from ideation through final production.
- Elevate quality across design, copywriting, art direction, and digital execution.
- Build and manage high-performing creative teams while maintaining operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Substantial experience leading large-scale, multidisciplinary creative teams.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating bold conceptual thinking and flawless execution.
- Deep expertise in modern media formats, digital platforms, and production pipelines.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 20,000 to AED 35,000 per month.
