About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to the General Manager
- Manage internal relationships within the office and external relationships with VVIP Government officials and industry leaders
- Provide effective gatekeeping to the GM's office, understanding protocol and hierarchy
- Conduct significant project work, research, and report writing for the GM
- Serve as point of contact for all communication, preparing written agendas and minutes of meetings
- Ensure full tracking of projects against timelines and budgets
- Coordinate all management of office activities, including HSE procedures
- Enroll in safety tours and ensure standards comply with ISO regulations
- Manage complex diary and travel arrangements
- Arrange conferences and seminars
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong MS Office skills
- Experience with complex diary and travel management
- Event management experience (conferences and seminars)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong decision making skills
- Degree in Administration or related field
- Stable career history, preferably in energy or corporate sector

The Role
- Working within a growing, federal government entity in Abu Dhabi, this is a fast paced environment offering superb career trajectory.
- Working in a close knit office of approximately 20 individuals, you will provide 1:1 support to the General Manager.
- Manage internal relationships within the office and significant external relationships with VVIP Government officials and industry leaders.
- Provide effective gatekeeping to the GM’s office, understanding protocol and hierarchy.
Key Responsibilities
- Significant project work, research and report writing for the GM.
