We are currently supporting a leading organisation in Saudi Arabia in the search for a high-performing Executive Assistant to the CEO.
This is a highly confidential hire and a critical role within the leadership team, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex calendar and travel management across multiple time zones
- Acting as a gatekeeper and key point of contact for senior stakeholders
- Preparing presentations, reports, and executive communications
- Supporting leadership meetings and tracking key action points
- Handling highly confidential and sensitive information
- Supporting on strategic projects and ad hoc initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives as an EA
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills
