Role Overview
- A leading luxury home manufacturing company is seeking a highly experienced Director of Project Operations & Last Mile Execution to lead the transformation of its delivery and installation operations into a scalable, process driven, and high performance execution engine.
- As the company continues to grow, delivery and installation activities have evolved from managing individual projects to coordinating a complex network of parallel customer projects, field teams, delivery schedules, installation resources, and customer interactions.
- The business now manages approximately 20+ active customer projects daily across varying project sizes, installation durations, product categories, and site conditions.
- The successful candidate will bring extensive experience from operationally mature organizations specializing in high volume last mile operations, field services, large scale installation programs, logistics execution, or retail delivery networks.
- The primary focus of this role is not technical installation expertise but rather the design, implementation, and optimization of operational systems, planning methodologies, workforce coordination processes, and execution frameworks that drive scalability and operational excellence.
