- Support ad hoc projects through research, coordination, and follow up
- Maintain records, databases, filing systems, and confidential information
- Oversee office operations, supplies, equipment, facilities, and vendor coordination
- Partner with other departments to ensure efficient business operations
- Act as a professional ambassador for the Managing Director and leadership team
