- Evaluate the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends to ensure balance between cost and employee experience
- Develop learning quality and experience on property
- Deliver workplace learning and development, performance improvement programs
Requirements
- Passion for people, talent management and learning
- Strategic, strong business acumen, understanding of operational needs
- Ability to contribute to key strategies and operational decisions
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia

- The Red Sea destination will be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations.
- The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, offering 149 rooms and suites.
- The property will feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting spaces, a spa, tennis courts, and pools.
The Role
- We have an opportunity for a Director of People and Culture (EAM in Charge of P&C) to join our opening team.
- This role reports to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Regional Director of People and Culture.
- Responsible for leading the People, Culture and Learning strategy and execution for the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Champion top talent and actively support succession planning.
- Support the hotel as a Business Partner, fostering relationships as a coach.
- Support and drive Corporate People and Culture initiatives.
- Actively support recruitment, selection, onboarding and development requirements.
