About the Location

  • The Red Sea destination will be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations.
  • The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, offering 149 rooms and suites.
  • The property will feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting spaces, a spa, tennis courts, and pools.

The Role

  • We have an opportunity for a Director of People and Culture (EAM in Charge of P&C) to join our opening team.
  • This role reports to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Regional Director of People and Culture.
  • Responsible for leading the People, Culture and Learning strategy and execution for the hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Champion top talent and actively support succession planning.
  • Support the hotel as a Business Partner, fostering relationships as a coach.
  • Support and drive Corporate People and Culture initiatives.
  • Actively support recruitment, selection, onboarding and development requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends to ensure balance between cost and employee experience.
  • Develop the learning quality and experience on property.
  • Deliver workplace learning and development, performance improvement programs.

Ideal Candidate

  • Passion for people, talent management and learning.
  • Strategic, strong business acumen, understanding of operational needs.
  • Ability to contribute to key strategies and operational decisions.
  • Catalyst for change and employee champion.
  • Supporting Saudi nationalization, we are looking for Saudi nationals.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
  • Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
