Position Overview
- Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Executive Office team.
- Based at the Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai within the Executive Office, the Executive Assistant provides high level administrative and operational support to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, legal requirements, ethical standards, and operational guidelines.
- Protect confidential information and ensure responsible use of systems, technology, and resources.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high performing workplace culture.
- Provide high level administrative support to the General Manager, including managing schedules, communications, reports, and executive office coordination.
