- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display ads
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure better ROI
- Work with third party platforms and aggregators to drive sales
- Manage social media presence and content calendars
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding new product development packaging and support promotional activities, launches, and events
- Utilize strategic visual elements like typography, color, and layout to drive consumer action online
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital and performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Deep understanding of campaign strategy, optimization, attribution, tracking, and reporting
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns for well known brands
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team
- Proficiency in English and other native languages
