Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prioritize and coordinate executive engagements to optimize time management
- Screen and manage communications (emails, calls, correspondence) on behalf of the executive
- Act as a key point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate cross functional meetings and ensure timely follow ups on action items
- Support preparation for leadership meetings, including agendas and documentation
- Prepare high quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Attend meetings where required and document minutes, decisions, and actions
- Track and follow up on key deliverables and commitments
- Ensure smooth office operations for the executive's function
- Manage confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
- Support budget tracking, expense management, and vendor coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5 8 years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Experience in a large, matrix organization is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Overview Of The Role

What You Will Do
