Role Overview
The company is urgently hiring an Executive Assistant to support company executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain executives’ schedules, including meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Organize complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a similar qualification.
- At least three years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,800 to AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
