- Provide strategic and operational leadership across production, fabrication, logistics, procurement, and site operations
- Develop and implement operational plans, KPIs, and performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure projects and production schedules are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and productivity management
- Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and process efficiency initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10–15 years of operational leadership experience within an industrial, manufacturing, steel, aluminum, modular construction, fabrication, or production environment
- Proven experience managing large teams and multiple operational functions
- Strong knowledge of production planning, facility management, procurement, logistics, and HSE requirements
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance, productivity, and profitability
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- UAE experience within an industrial or fabrication facility is highly preferred

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and oversee the daily operations of our industrial/fabrication facility in Mussafah.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring timely project delivery, optimizing resources, maintaining quality and safety standards, and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve business objectives.
