About the Role

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Marketing team to formulate and track the annual activity plan based on focus strategy
- Negotiate contracts with vendors
- Book venues and transportation
- Manage event preparation, coordination, and logistics including course material order processing, tracking, and delivery
- Handle catering, audiovisual, and signage
- Track inventory and report to finances on CE course materials and collaterals
- Create promotional material to market events
- Process speaker payments with finances
- Report activity quarterly to corporate and monthly to Sales & Marketing team using Salesforce
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Very good computer skills with sheets, PDF, and presentations
- 2 3 years of experience in event planning (preferred)

Event Coordinator Role
- Purpose: Manage, plan, and execute company events including conferences, trade shows, product launches, customer appreciation events, and employee events
- Ensure all events run smoothly and professionally and meet company objectives
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Marketing team to formulate and track the annual activity plan based on focus strategy
- Negotiate contracts with vendors
- Book venues and transportation
- Manage event preparation, coordination, and logistics: course material (CE FOC) order processing, tracking, and delivery to venue
- Handle catering, audiovisual, and signage
- Track inventory and report to finances on CE course materials and collaterals
- Create promotional material to market events
- Process speaker payments with finances
- Report activity quarterly to corporate and monthly to Sales & Marketing team using Salesforce
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Accountabilities
- Manage major events from planning to execution
- Deliver all events on time and within budget
- Meet company objectives for each event
- Maintain records and track course resources
- Follow company policy in all event aspects
Relationships
- Reports to CE manager
- Works closely with Business Development Managers, Finance, IT, and HR
- Works with external vendors such as organizers, caterers, venues, and transportation providers
