About the Role
Dentsply Sirona seeks a Business Development Manager for the MEA region to drive sales of dental equipment including CADCAM and Imaging. The role involves supporting commercial initiatives, training dealers, and collaborating with regional teams.

Responsibilities
- Support deployment of RCO strategic and commercial initiatives within the region
- Develop and implement local selling tactics to support strategic initiatives
- Share responsibility for region sell out results and margin by market and brand
- Provide local support for new product launches, product training, clinical education, marketing activities
- Explore new business opportunities within the region
- Train dealers and manage dealer stocks
- Represent RCO during dental exhibitions and conferences
- Collect business intelligence on competition, prices, distribution networks
- Participate in design and execution of bundles and dental solutions
- Strengthen relationships with local OPLs and dental universities
Requirements
- BS degree or equivalent in dentistry, marketing, or business
- 12 15 years related experience in sales, product management (mainly in CADCAM and Imaging)
- Experience in multi channel environments and regulated industry preferred
- Proven track record of successful commercial strategy development
- Strong understanding of marketing channel development and execution

Key Responsibilities
- Develop close collaboration with CCO in the region and provide support in marketing, sales training, forecasting, clinical education, and regulatory activities.
- Be the RCO representative for new product launches, product discontinuations, inventory position, clinical affairs, and quality issues.
- Drive regional adaptation of RCO marketing, clinical content, and sales tools.
- Train all dealers and manage dealer stocks.
- Represent RCO during dental exhibitions and conferences.
- Coach sales team for Dentsply Sirona and dealers.
- Collect business intelligence related to the region.
- Participate in design and execution of bundles and dental solutions.
- Strengthen relationship with local OPLs and dental universities.
- Advise and support implementation of regional price strategy.
- Share best practices with CCO organization and other regions.
- Support research for potential new markets and/or products.
Education and Experience
- BS degree or equivalent in dentistry, marketing, or business; advanced degree preferred.
- 12 15 years related experience in sales, product management (mainly in CADCAM and Imaging).
- Preference for experience in multi channel environments and regulated industry.
- Operating on a global level is highly preferred.
