- Support the development of RCO strategic and commercial initiatives within the Region in collaboration with the CCO leadership
- Contribute actively to the development and implementation of local selling tactics required to support the strategic and commercial initiatives in the Region.
- Explore new business opportunities within the Region in collaboration with the CCO leadership
- Participates to key projects and tenders for the RCO as needed.
- Strong knowledge of Dental Equipment tenders, including technical specifications, tender analysis, project planning, and layout preparation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a close collaboration with the CCO in the Region and provide support in terms of marketing, sales training, forecasting and Executing.
- Support during dental exhibitions and conferences.
- Collect business intelligence related to the Region (competition and prices, business environment, distribution networks, promotions, new products launch …) to influence product portfolio and positioning needs.
- Participate to the design and execution of bundles and dental solutions for the Region including collaboration with other RCO BDMs / Product (where applicable).
- Support research for potential new markets and/or products
- Manage mega projects, including planning, pricing, and project execution with Dentsply Sirona dealers or through direct handling when required.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and secure new projects.

- **Education:** BS degree or equivalent in Dentistry (preferable), Biomedical Engineering or Business. **Years and Types of Experience:**
- Minimum 3-5 Years experience in Dental Equipment (CADCAM & Imaging) Sales. **Key Required Skills, Knowledge and Capabilities:*** Dental Equipment Experience/ Background (Capable of conducting & Organizing mega Projects and Tenders process ).
- Languages: French (preferable), English and/or Arabic
- Strong understanding of Projects and Commercial development and execution.
