Role Overview

  • We are searching for an Events & Catering Senior Sales Manager with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms, meeting suites and banquet halls.

A little taste of your day to day

  • Lead and oversee daily sales and coordination activities for weddings, conferences, social events, and catering operations.
  • Drive individual and team performance to consistently exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase banquet revenue, catering business, weddings, conferences, room occupancy, and food & beverage sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key corporate clients, event organizers, wedding planners, and industry partners.
  • Monitor sales performance through detailed monthly reporting, forecasting, and market analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to develop departmental strategies and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Mentor and support the events sales team to maximize performance and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Lead high profile client negotiations, site inspections, and event planning to ensure flawless execution and long term business partnerships.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel sales, events, or catering within the hospitality industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully handling luxury weddings, large scale events, conferences, and catering operations.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market, business environment, and established client network.
  • Proven leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
