- Lead and oversee daily sales and coordination activities for weddings, conferences, social events, and catering operations
- Drive individual and team performance to consistently exceed revenue and profitability targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase banquet revenue, catering business, weddings, conferences, room occupancy, and food & beverage sales
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key corporate clients, event organizers, wedding planners, and industry partners
- Monitor sales performance through detailed monthly reporting, forecasting, and market analysis
- Mentor and support the events sales team to maximize performance and deliver exceptional client service
- Lead high profile client negotiations, site inspections, and event planning to ensure flawless execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel sales, events, or catering
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience handling luxury weddings, large scale events, conferences, and catering operations
- Strong knowledge of local market and established client network
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage

Role Overview
- We are searching for an Events & Catering Senior Sales Manager with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms, meeting suites and banquet halls.
A little taste of your day to day
- Lead and oversee daily sales and coordination activities for weddings, conferences, social events, and catering operations.
- Drive individual and team performance to consistently exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase banquet revenue, catering business, weddings, conferences, room occupancy, and food & beverage sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key corporate clients, event organizers, wedding planners, and industry partners.
- Monitor sales performance through detailed monthly reporting, forecasting, and market analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to develop departmental strategies and achieve commercial objectives.
- Mentor and support the events sales team to maximize performance and deliver exceptional client service.
- Lead high profile client negotiations, site inspections, and event planning to ensure flawless execution and long term business partnerships.
What we need from you
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel sales, events, or catering within the hospitality industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully handling luxury weddings, large scale events, conferences, and catering operations.
- Strong knowledge of the local market, business environment, and established client network.
- Proven leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a strong commercial mindset.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
