- Sound knowledge of traditional and contemporary Arabic cooking techniques, ingredients, and food presentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to maintain a clean and efficient workstation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing responsibilities, and performing well under pressure
- A team oriented attitude with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards

Your Day to Day

What We Need From You
