Role Overview
Run small- to medium-sized events end-to-end in the Sales and Project Management department.
The role reports to the Senior Project Manager or Operations Director and has matrix authority over assigned crew.
Location
- The role is based in Al Khatim, Abu Dhabi, with regular onsite time.
Key Responsibilities
- Take Sales handoff and create the event specification, equipment list, crew plan, and schedule.
- Build and own the job budget.
- Issue the Call Sheet at least 48 hours before call time.
- Coordinate warehouse preparation and sub-rental needs.
- Book freelance crew from the approved roster.
- Attend load-in, show, and load-out onsite.
- Lead the post-event debrief, reconcile costs, and raise the invoice.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3 years of AVL or event production experience is required.
- Project management or coordinator experience is preferred.
- Technical literacy across audio, lighting, and video is required.
- Strong organization and consistent use of the rental system and calendar are required.
