The Event Manager owns offline events through the full lifecycle from concept and budget to final financial reporting.
Projects include sports events such as marathons, football, chess, and fitness activities.
The role also covers real estate and corporate activations, including property launches, broker events, exhibitions, and forums.
Full-Cycle Event Management
- Develop creative concepts, program schedules, and transparent budgets.
- Source vendors and manage stage or booth build-ups, AV, merchandise, and catering.
- Secure permits, manage venues, and run event-day operations.
- Deliver post-event analytics, cost reconciliation, and final financial reporting.
Requirements
- Experience managing offline events through the full project lifecycle from concept and budgeting to final financial reporting.
- Ability to develop creative concepts, program schedules, and transparent event budgets.
- Experience coordinating vendors, production, stage or booth build-ups, AV, merchandise, and catering.
- Ability to manage permits and venues and oversee on-site event operations.
- Experience delivering post-event analytics, cost reconciliation, and financial reporting.
