Role Overview
Provide healthcare support and emergency medical assistance at construction sites.
Support worker health monitoring, first aid, occupational health initiatives, and workplace safety awareness onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and emergency medical treatment to workers injured or unwell onsite.
- Monitor and assess employee health conditions and refer cases to medical facilities when necessary.
- Maintain health records and report illness or injury incidents promptly.
- Conduct health and safety training related to occupational hazards and preventive care.
- Coordinate with safety officers and management to promote workplace safety and hygiene.
- Manage and maintain medical supplies and first aid kits at the site.
- Ensure compliance with company health policies and local health regulations.
Requirements
- Ability to provide first aid and emergency medical treatment to workers onsite.
- Ability to monitor and assess employee health conditions and refer cases to medical facilities when necessary.
