Role Overview

Financial Operations and Treasury

• Manage overall financial operations, cash flow, liquidity, and treasury activities.
• Develop treasury and cash management strategies for real estate development projects.
• Monitor project-level financial performance, budgets, cash requirements, and funding needs.

Financing and Banking

• Manage relationships with UAE banks, financial institutions, lenders, and investment partners.
• Lead fundraising, debt financing, project financing, and other capital-raising initiatives.
• Structure financing solutions and assess funding requirements for real estate development projects.
• Coordinate credit facilities, guarantees, letters of credit, overdrafts, and other banking arrangements.
• Monitor debt obligations, repayment schedules, interest costs, and financing covenants.

Analysis and Compliance

• Prepare financial models, feasibility analyses, cash-flow forecasts, funding proposals, and investment-related reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE financial, corporate, tax, banking, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and assess cross-border financial transactions and applicable laws and regulations across jurisdictions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with legal, investment, development, and senior management teams on financial structuring and transactions.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience, as specified in the source metadata.
• Strong background in UAE real estate development finance.
• Extensive hands-on experience in treasury management, fundraising, banking relationships, financial structuring, and cross-border financial regulations.
• Ability to independently manage company-wide financial operations and work with management, banks, investors, lenders, and financial institutions.
• Experience with financial modelling, feasibility analysis, cash-flow forecasting, funding proposals, and investment-related reports.
• Knowledge of UAE financial, corporate, tax, banking, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience assessing cross-border financial transactions and applicable regulations across jurisdictions.
• Ability to collaborate with legal, investment, development, and senior management teams on transactions and financial structuring.
