Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
- Lead preparation of detailed quantity take offs and BOQs
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction, fit out, and related works
- Analyze project scope and identify risks, exclusions, and commercial gaps
- Obtain, review, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare pricing breakdowns, tender clarifications, and commercial submissions
- Coordinate with design, procurement, QS, and project teams for alignment
- Support value engineering and cost optimization proposals
- Review market rates, historical data, and project benchmarks for pricing accuracy
- Assist in tender strategy, cost planning, and bid finalization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in fit out projects; construction experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and tender pricing
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and subcontract packages
- Experience in commercial review, value engineering, and bid analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and estimation related tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Role Overview
- Seeking an Estimator to lead preparation of accurate and competitive estimates for construction and fit out projects.
- Requires strong experience in tender review, BOQ preparation, pricing, value engineering, subcontractor comparison, and pre contract commercial evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Lead preparation of detailed quantity take offs and BOQs.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction, fit out, and related works.
