The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and win new design & build projects.
This is a front-end, client-facing role focused on originating opportunities, building strategic relationships, and converting prospects into secured projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new design & build and turnkey projects
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and developers
- Engage early at concept and pre-construction stages to position Alpago as the preferred delivery partner
- Lead work-winning activities including proposals, presentations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal design, technical, and commercial teams
- Represent Alpago at industry events and client meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development within design & build, construction, or luxury real estate
- Strong understanding of design-led projects and construction workflows
- Track record of winning high-value projects
- Well-connected within the UAE design, construction, or development market
- Polished, confident communicator with strong commercial acumen
