Responsibilities
- Support Consultants, PMCs, EPCs, and End Users by preparing budgetary proposals during the FEED stage
- Manage and organize tender related files, quotations, and associated documents
- Conduct site surveys, attend bid clarification meetings, and compile detailed reports
- Review tender documents, seek clarifications, and ensure thorough understanding in collaboration with stakeholders
- Engage with sub vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company procurement policies
- Estimate costs for products, engineering, labor, and project management, collaborating with internal teams for accuracy
- Prepare risk registers and allocate costs where necessary, ensuring stakeholder approvals are obtained
- Submit structured proposals aligned with customer requirements and company policies
- Participate in techno commercial negotiations and ensure seamless project handovers to the operations team
- Integrate accountability, safety, integrity, and trust by ensuring all processes adhere to Johnson Controls' standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 5 years of relevant experience in Fire Protection Systems
- Knowledge of NFPA standards, local codes, ADNOC requirements, and Oil & Gas industry practices
- Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office Suite
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and effective communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tenders and collaborate with diverse teams

What Will You Do

What We Look For
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 5 years of relevant experience in Fire Protection Systems.
