Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **SAP Support Consultant** to provide technical support, troubleshoot SAP-related issues, and assist in integrating SAP systems with Microsoft tools such as Power Apps and Power BI.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth system operations, support end-users, and contribute to continuous system improvements.
1. SAP Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP systems and resolve technical and functional issues.
- Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot system errors in a timely manner.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
2. User Support & Training
- Assist end-users with SAP-related queries and system usage.
- Conduct basic user training sessions and prepare user guides/documentation.
- Ensure high levels of user satisfaction through effective communication and support.
3. Microsoft Suite Integration
- Support integration of SAP systems with Microsoft tools such as Power Apps and Power BI.
- Assist in building dashboards, reports, and automation workflows.
- Collaborate with business teams to improve reporting and data visualization.
4. Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Education:** Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Experience:** 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP support or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills:**
- + Strong knowledge of SAP modules and support processes.
- + Basic understanding of Microsoft tools (Power Apps, Power BI, Excel, etc.).
- + Familiarity with system integration concepts.
- **Certifications (Preferred):**
- + ITIL Foundation Certification.
- + SAP Certified Associate – Support Consultant.
