Core responsibilities
- Lead implementation, upgrades, and optimization of Oracle Financials, Procurement, Projects, HRMS, and Supply Chain modules.
- Translate business requirements into Oracle ERP system solutions.
- Manage ERP analysts, developers, and consultants against project timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain governance, change management, and documentation practices.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and policy compliance.
- Troubleshoot Oracle ERP issues with IT and functional teams.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and support services.
- Train and support users on Oracle ERP functionality and changes.
- Monitor performance and adoption and recommend enhancements.
- Track Oracle Cloud and Fusion trends and assess their relevance.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years of Oracle ERP implementation and support experience is required, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, Projects, and HRMS is required.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is highly desirable.
- Project management, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
- Integration, reporting tools, and ERP best-practice experience are required.
- ITIL knowledge is a plus.
- Oracle or PMP certification is an added advantage.
