Responsibilities
- Perform regular system maintenance, including applying updates, patches, and security configurations
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the ERP system to maintain data security and control
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, or user access
- Provide first and second line support to all end users, addressing technical and functional questions
- Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to ensure effective user adoption
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into ERP solutions
- Assist in customizing and configuring ERP modules to optimize and standardize business processes
- Support the implementation and integration of new modules or system enhancements
- Oversee data control and integrity by creating and running regular reports and audits
- Assist in creating, modifying, and maintaining dashboards and reports for leadership
- Serve as the main point of contact for the ERP software vendor, managing support tickets and tracking system changes
Requirements
- Hands on experience in the construction industry
- Deep understanding of core business processes including project tracking, job costing, and resource allocation
- Experience with ERP system administration, including user management, security, and maintenance
- Ability to provide first and second line support to end users
- Experience in configuring and customizing ERP modules
- Strong data integrity and reporting skills
