Meraki Group seeks a Relationship Manager/Property Consultant to build and manage relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners for a real estate developer in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the real estate developer and stakeholders.
- Promote and sell developer projects, ensuring deep product knowledge of all offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, CRM, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth transactions.
- Manage end to end client engagement: lead follow up, site visits, negotiations, booking, and post sales support.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate client data and reporting using CRM systems.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and UAE real estate regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate
- Mandatory developer side experience (residential Off Plan)
- Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and investors in Dubai
- Proven track record in relationship management and sales closures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
- Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred
- Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

Role Overview
