Role Overview
- The role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and evaluating potential risks that could impact the organization's operations, financial, or reputation.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that flyadeal's risk management policies and strategies comply with applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Develop Enterprise Risk Management tools, practices, and framework to analyze and report enterprise risks.
- Conduct periodic review of risk management policy and other elements of the risk management framework.
- Conduct and facilitate risk assessments to define and analyze possible risks within business units.
- Manage consolidated risk register and all other risk registers.
- Monitor and analyze risks within business units and report to relevant committees.
- Analyze key risk indicators and risk register for insights on risk.
- Analyze data to identify and escalate operational risks, produce ad hoc reports.
- Prepare reports and recommendations to the ARC Committee on a periodic basis.
- Ensure Risk Champions understand their responsibilities and are supported with training.
